Austin has been in the mortgage industry since 2016. Before Skyway Financial was founded, Austin was the Vice President of the largest veteran owned bank in the United States for over 4 years. He has experience in all facets of the mortgage industry and with that decided to further his career by launching Skyway Financial. He founded Skyway Financial, LLC a full-service mortgage brokerage that offers a wide range of lending products to help clients secure the financing they need to achieve their dreams of homeownership. With his deep understanding of the lending landscape and a commitment to providing personalized service and expert guidance, Austin is dedicated to helping clients navigate the complex world of mortgage financing with confidence and ease. He provides seamless communication and transparency at every step. His goal is to secure the best rates, the lowest fees, and to match each client with the mortgage that makes the most sense for them. Director of Marketing
As the Director of Marketing, I oversee all lead generation programs and database marketing efforts, including testing and measurement, managing all pay-per-click programs, as well as working with our call center support team to optimize call response times and custom scripting. My approach is to serve as the voice of the consumer in developing a strategy around building relationships with our clients, not transaction driven. With a data-centric and hands-on approach, I establish predictive analytics and scoring models as well as test, deploy, and optimize new lead sources
throughout the year. I work closely with the sales team to test new ways to distribute, educate, nurture, and convert clients based on the various lead types.
Likewise, I work within our collaborative team environment and partner across multiple departments, including Sales, IT, Customer Support, Brand Management, and Website Management. As Director of Marketing, I thrive on collaborative thinking and strive to deliver Skyway Financial’s, LLC ethos to the client: Your Mortgage. Made Easy.
